Default Permanent Fireworks NPC

The title suggests everything...

I believe a permanent fireworks crafter (like Nubah Lao in "Canthan New Year event) should be added ingame, to help those trying to max relative title and those who just want to have some fun using fireworks-not only during event periods.

There are NPCs that already sell alcohol and sugar so an NPC crafting fireworks is also needed (from my pov)

Please let me know your comments

Note: i've used "search option" but i didn't find a recent thread about this

What's the point of special events and holidays if they make the features part of everyday life?

And there's a title that involves fireworks? I didn't know that but, if so, that makes me even more opposed to making fireworks a normal item since I think titles should remain difficult to obtain. After all, how can anyone have pride in the titles if they're just handed out on a silver platter? (on a sort of related note, I wish they'd move the first rank of the Cartographer titles to 75% - 60% is just too easy. I haven't been trying for it, yet I'm at 53% in Tyria and haven't even finished any Crystal Desert missions)

the fireworks are special items for special events, keep it how it is.
and as for the cartographer ogre, the real grind of it is the last few %, if you don't have GMC then its not really anything to show off anyway

sounds fair, once we have our own reasons to celebrate anything we want with fireworks.
also this can be used to control prices of party items.

/signed. Just having him charge 200 gold per point, just like the merchants do for alcohol and sweets.

My point on that was, really, that they should move it so that you actually have to put a little effort into getting them rather than just qualifying for it merely because you played the game through, not whether it was worth showing off or not (which, as it stands, I agree it *isn't* since the odds of *not* getting the first rank are virtually nil - unless you get run through the game).

If you can buy booze, and you can buy sugar, why not?

Actually, sweets have a 400 gold charge.
Alcohol have 200 in Prophecies and 400 in Factions.

At least the Factions merchants should have a party item for 400 gold available.
Factions it's the 'go, go, faster, faster' campaign.

red bean cakes give 2 points, and cost 400g, so 200/point. Simple solution, give firework masters in faction points depending how much the show cost, as long as it is 200g/point. so the 5k display would net 25 points. That may be alot, but at 200g/point, people would prefer to just buy from other people.

Yeah, but the max in the title is 20k. Party title max is 10k.

More than points, we should consider cash-to-max.

the 200g/point seems fair, or a high amount of materials so that the crafting would be the same price or more expensive
